This is our first official ride of the 2017 season. Starting at Middlesbrough Cycle Circuit, this ride goes into the North Yorkshire dales for a stopover in Kildale at the Glebe Cottage Tearooms. Going up Dixons Bank and into Nunthorpe, through Great Ayton and Easby, then skirting around Battersby before heading into the dales and stopping in Kildale for the Tearoom break. We then complete the return journey in reverse. Start:- Middlesbrough Cycle Circuit, Alan Peacock Way, Middlesbrough TS4 3AE Ride level:- 2 (BLUE) Terrain:- All on the road or cycle track, all bike types suitable. A few moderate climbs. Distance:- 20 miles Pace:- 12 mph avg Time:- 2.5 hours (including tearoom break)
