This ride is suitable for all levels of fitness. The ride is a relaxed, low - intensity effort where you can breathe comfortable and hold a conversation without gasping for air.

We will ride mainly along the Rochdale canal towpath, and quiet roads with low traffic .

We would be stopping along the way for refreshments and something to eat. Please, ensure to bring CASH & CARD for payments-
