Tuesday Night "Light On" Club Ride

For insurance purposes, WE HAVE A NO LIGHTS, NO RIDE POLICY, so please REMEMBER YOUR LIGHTS. Please note, due to the changeable weather at this time of the year and in the event of forecasted heavy rain/snow/ice/fog we may be forced to cancel the ride on the day of the ride, so please keep an eye on Facebook for updates. If you click the "Interested" link in the event, you will then receive updates and cancellation notifcations. Start Time: 18:40 from St Marks School Car Park. The usual club rules apply, with the addition of the following tips. 1) If you are riding on public roads in the hours of darkness, you are legally obliged to have lights. 2) A group of cyclists is far more visible than a single rider. 3) In the dark or low light conditions, correct positioning in the road and not riding in the gutter is even more important than in daylight. 4) You also need to leave more time to react and slow. 5) You need to give the other riders in the group more space 6) Reduce your speed
