Tuesday evening bumble

We will be leaving the green at Bitteswell, we will turn down Cauldwell and follow the road to Gilmorton, Kimcote, Walton, Upper Bruntingthorpe, Bruntingthorpe, gotwards Peatling Magna, Willouby Waterleys, Ashby Magna, Dunton Bassett, Leire, Frolesworth, Claybrooke, Ullesthorpe & finishing in Bitteswell.
This route is approx 23 miles, it is not a totally flat route, equally there are no significant hills/climbs. The roads generally fairly quiet, obviously this cannot be guaranteed.
We will aim to keep to 12/14 mph, no one will get dropped.
I have put 90 mins for the ride, this is a best guess and may change depending on traffic & any changes to the weather

This is a Ladies Only, Road Bike Ride, we will average 12/14 mph. We never leave anyone at the back on their own. This is lovely route around a number of the Leicestershire Villages, we may even sop for a drink in Bitteswell at the end of the ride.

These are usually fairly quiet Lanes, although obviously this cannot be guaranteed, we will stick together and no one will get dropped

We will have a water stop at some point and perhaps a drink at the end in the Pub at Bitteswell

Ladies only. Road Bike. No under 16’s Front & Rear lights. Helmets are essential, no helmet no ride. Clothing appropriate for the weather. Spare inner tube, tyre levers and a road worthy bike required. Water & money for Tea/Coffee/drink We have a no drop policy
