A Route through the Trough of Bowland also taking in the climb up to Jubilee Tower.
Route is via Ribchester, Longridge and Inglewhite with an early food stop in Scorton.
From here we continue to Bay Horse then turn right up Whams lane toward Quernmore and following this past the Jubilee Tower up the stiff climb of Bay Horse Road. There is than a descent to Marshaw then through the Trough to Dunsop Bridge for a cake stop before returning via Whitewell, Cowark, Great Mitton and Whalley.

Total distance is 56 miles.

A Scenic, though hilly ride, through some of the best parts of the Forest of Bowland, including the scenic Trough and with spectacular views from the Jubilee Tower.

Mostly on quiet roads

An early food stop at Scorton Barn at 22 miles and a second opportunity for a cake stop in Dunsop Bridge at 42 miles. Other stops as required.

Helmets are always advisable, though NOT compulsory. Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. * We recommend all participants carry emergency contact details about their person*. An emergency lock for cafe stops is advisable. Card/cash for the food stops, cash only at the cake stop.
