Cycle helmets are required for this ride and all other BBCG rides, as participants safety ALWAYS comes first.....
Money/cards are required to purchase refreshments at refreshment stop.
Average speed of group ride is approximately 7/10mph ( All timings are estimates and are dependant on weather and surfice conditions/ abilities of participants present on the day of the ride).
