Meet Taff Bargoed Park Pavillion where there is a car park and toilets are usually open.
The route will take us from Trelewis along cycle path 47 to Tredomen lakes. It will be mostly flat with a few gradual undulations. Only one hill near the lakes which we can walk up if we need to. It will be an easy sociable ride for women. Ideal if you haven't been on your bike for a while. Please check your bike is roadworthy and tyres are pumped up. Also bring a inner spare tube or puncture repair kit and pump. Please bring a drink and snack as cafe in Trelewis may not be open.
