THIS IS A RIDE SOCIAL SO OPEN TO ALL ADULTS

Before booking on the ride, please make sure you've read, understood and agreed to the the ride rules pinned to the top of the Cycling Ceredigion with Lorraine Facebook page.

This is quite a hilly ride so suitable for those who've built up a bit of fitness. Please only book on this ride if you can maintain our pace without frequent stopping. We will regroup at the top of hills though. Pace will be 10 - 11mph average speed.

This will be a bit of a mystery tour, new roads! But you all know how I like new roads......!
