This is my RideLondon training ride. When I didn't have much time this was a ride I used to do and try and do it in an hour. We will probably take a little longer than that! It's a circular route going through Chalfont St Giles, Gold Hill, Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Peter. There will be no coffee stop. We can stop at the end either at Cafe in the Park or Lock 81. The aim will be to try and do it as quickly as possible but I will of course stop at the top of the hills - some of you may have to wait for me!
