This ride starts and ends in Walton Park,Sale and passes Chorlton And Sale Water Parks before stopping for coffee and cake in Wythenshawe Park. This almost totally off road route is fairly flat and follows various waterways of Trafford. Your bike will need to be in good working order. A spare inner tube is always useful to have in case of a puncture. Helmets are compulsory for under 16s and children under 15 must be with an adult.
