TPM ride the Fallowfield Loop

Starting and finishing at the National Cycling Centre, home of Team GB, this 16 mile out-and-back ride showcases the traffic-free Manchester Cycleway (AKA The Fallowfield Loop Line). Being a former railway line, the route is flat and well surfaced, and only deviates onto the road for a short 200 metre stretch. Chorlton Park at the midway point of the route provides an ideal stopping point for some food and drink. Please dress to suit the weather and bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit. You may want to bring some cash for a drink or bring your own. We are a social group and welcome newcomers to our rides. We always ride at a pace to suit the group.
