TPM From Runway to Busway

Join us on this interesting, mixed terrain ride that will take us from Leigh to Manchester City Airport using canal path, dedicated cycle track, a few local roads and some cracking off road trail. We'll visit Runway 26 at the airport where we'll have a break for refreshments and watch the aircraft. We'll continue on towards Worsley woods and on to the new guided busway which has a 4.5 mile traffic free cycle path running alongside it. Please dress to suit the weather and bring a spare inner tube if you have one or a puncture repair kit. Please bring drinks and snacks to keep you going and money to buy refreshments if you wish to. We welcome newcomers and are a very friendly, sociable group.
