TPM EPIC Fish and Chip Run

Approx 100 km ride from Astley to Southport. Start time 8 am from La Rendezvous. We'll be riding along the East Lancs cycle path towards Rainford, along the Rainford by-pass to Ormskirk and from there on to Southport where we will be visiting a fantastic ( tried and tested ! ) cafe for fish and chips before returning home. This will be a socially paced ride and will probably take all day with the odd refreshment break along the way.
