St Stephen's Health Centre, Tower Hamlets

This ride's open to anyone of any fitness, we'll go at the speed of the slowest rider so perfect for those getting back in to cycling or just starting out.

Starting from St Stephens Health Centre, the route heads across the south of Victoria park before joining the Greenway to head into the Olympic Park.  After a midway stop at the Lee Valley Velopark, you'll use canal paths back to Victoria Park to take in the north of the Park.  Using the canal path to head into Wennington Green, you then use the quietways back to our start location.
