Tour of the Vale

This ride around Castle Vale estate is a gentle route with minimal inclines. We’ll meet at the rear of Betterlife, next to the Baby sculpture for a quick bike check. Then we will start our tour of the estate. This is a quiet flat ride around the estate. The total length of the ride is just under five miles. It is perfect for beginners or anyone who’s not been on a bike for a while. We really welcome newcomers to our rides. It’s a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. Wearing a helmet is advisable, though not essential.
