Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

This route passes Churchill's Paddock War Rooms, the Grand Union canal & Little Venice, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Thames riverside, Tower of London, St Katherine Docks & Wapping then the Battle of Cable Street mural. Returning via a similar route we visit the Princess Diana fountain and Serenity ISIS statue in Hyde Park with a stop at the Serpentine Lido cafe.

The route is mainly on quiet roads, cycleways and canal side.

eBikes are welcome.

Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible riding adult; bear in mind the ride length.

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers.
• Refreshments plus a payment method for the cafe stop.
• Oyster card in case you need to return by train.
• Dress for the expected weather.
