We ride on quiet country lanes with little traffic.
We'll stop for breathers along the way and there will also be a refreshment stop in Tur Langton.
You must wear a helmet on this ride. No helmet, no ride. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a spare inner tube just in case.
We ride at a gentle pace, chatting as we cycle. New cyclists are particularly welcome and we never leave anyone to struggle on their own.
