From Hetton Lyons Country Park we will cycle across to NCN to Ryhope before joining cycle path to Tunstall and then onwards to the city centre for a Ray Lonsdale stop. From here we will head west towards Pallion and a stop for lunch at the Old School house before returning to the start via Doxford Park and Eppleby Farm

All off road or cycle path on a Tour of Sunderland’s extensive cycle network.

We will be stopping for lunch at the Old School House Cafe at Hastings Hill

Helmets are always advisable as is clothing and waterproofs suitable for the weather. It is also useful to bring along an inner tube suitable for your wheel, tyre lever and a pump. Sweets are also much appreciated :)
