Tour de Queniborough Tuesday evening Summer rides

There are 4 group levels A,B,C & D – D is the beginner on any type of bike, C is the steady group & B are the intermediate group, and A is the fast group for riders with racing bikes. The beginner group starts the season with a flat 6 mile ride with a top distance of 12 miles by July, so should you know anyone who would be interested please ask them to come along. The intermediate groups B & C starts with 10 mile rides and reaches up to 20 miles by July, with the fast group A going from 15 to 30 miles. This helps you to build your endurance and skill levels until you feel comfortable to join the next level group. Route details are posted on the Facebook group page, every week 6 days before the next ride.
