The route goes round the playing field of Hayesden park, then along the bike path to Barden Lake, and back the same way. Parts of the route can be a bit muddy, so come dressed accordingly.

Coffee at the tea van, which has umbrellas, but no indoors, so come warmly wrapped up.
We can always have another coffee when we get back to the swimming pool.

This could be a fun ride for our friends that haven't been along for a while . Its absolutely flat

A beautiful route featuring lakes, a river, all off-road.

All traffic free route

Tea at Barden Tea van after 1.5 miles.

Dust off your bike and check it over if it's been in the shed for a while: Brakes working, Chain lightly oiled, tyres pumped up, bring an inner tube that fits your wheels. Bring some money for a coffee stop, waterproofs if the weather looks dodgy, we will be having our coffee stop out of doors! As always, helmets are a good idea if you have one...

We especially welcome newbies!
