From Upton north to cross the canal at Langley then quiet lanes through langley park past Pinewood studios then down to cross the Aldbourne then up to cross the M40 and M25 short stretch of A40 before heading off road to reach the river Misbourne then Denham golf club climb up to Chalfont St. Peters then over to Maple cross on to Rickmansworth where we go off road again along the Ebury way to reach Watford. Returning via the Ebury way again but dropping on to the GU canal to follow that to Uxbridge then round little brittain to the Slough arm then through the parks to home
