To the Moon and Back

Starting the ride on The Stray, Coast Road Redcar near to the Stray Cafe. We will follow the cycle path along the Esplanade, Newcommen Terrace, Majuba Road and onto Kirkleatham Lane. Turning right at the top of Kirkleatham Lane with the junction at Wilton and following the national cycle path to Lazenby. Stopping at the Half Moon Pub for refreshments and a chat. Returning to Redcar via the same cycle path but following the route that takes you past Kirkleathem Museum, onto Plantation Road, Redcar Road and turning left onto Green Lane, following this dirt track back towards the Stray and finishing. This a beginners short loop and all bike types welcome.
