To the castle

Our route will take us along the scenic Cob, glimpsing at the historic Rhuddlan Castle, before cruising though the nature reserve, out into the lanes. We will then navigate along side some busier roads before reaching the beautiful newly re-opened Bodelwyddan Country Park for a scenic pitstop before heading back the way we came.

This ride will depart from Marsh Tracks Car Park and head towards Bodelwyddan Castle and back, along bike friendly cycle paths and quiet country lanes. We will be settling a relaxed pace, and will be stopping to take in the sights along the way, making it a perfect ride for destressing and making friends.

This route consists of scenic, smooth rolling bike paths and some quiet country lanes. This is a fairly flat route with the odd rolling hill.

We will have a stop at the country park, so please bring a drink and a snack along with you. Picnic blankets are optional.

Please bring a well maintained, working bike, a helmet, a repair kit, suitable clothing for the weather conditions, a drink and snack, and a bit of spending money just in case. Feel free to bring binoculars and a camera.
