This Holmescarr Cycling ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

We will ride to Boston Park Farm via Hayfield Fishing Lakes and the old entrance to the Wildlife Park to Branton then along Gatewood Lane. From Boston Park Farm we will ride through the Hatfield Moor nature reserve to Hatfield Woodhouse then on to Armthorpe, Old Cantley and Bessacarr returning to Rossington via the Greenway.

A route though the flat countryside east of Rossington returning through the villages of Hatfield Woodhouse, Armthorpe and Old Cantley.

Most of the route is on cycle paths, bridleways and quiet roads.

We will stop for refreshment at Boston Park Farm and possibly Hatfield Moor to take photographs.

You should wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube and any tools you need in case of a puncture. You will need cash or card to pay for refreshments at Boston Park Farm.
