leave Greasley heading East on quite roads and bridle track east towards Hucknall, using cycle tracks to Linby. Papplewick to Burnstump on B roads onto Calverton and final Lowdham and Timmermans Garden Centre Cafe. Return more or less the same route in reverse.

Starting in Eastwood, taking back roads around Heanor, Morley Hayes, to Coxbench then on up to Holbrook

Mostly quiet roads some very hilly going up to Holbrook and back to Eastwood
