About the route
A gentle 10 mile route from Sells Green, through Seend, Inmarsh and Poulshot, stopping at canal side Caen Hill cafe for coffee stop as a reward for the two little hills; Spout Lane and the canal towpath alongside the Caen Hill flight of locks. Return through Rowde and Rowde Common.
