Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Please meet outside the main reception at Leyland Leisure Centre no later than 8.45am. This will allow us to have a quick natter and make sure we are all happy with our bikes and raring to go.

Starting at Leyland Leisure Centre and heading through Seven Stars , Moss side and through the country Lanes towards Bretherton. From here we will take the scenic route over the metal Bridge towards Liverpool Old Road. We will then follow the main road towards Rufford Marina for a short coffee and cake stop. The journey home will take us through Mawdsley and Eccleston with a steady ride home along Leyland Lane back towards the Seven Stars and finally back to the start at Leyland Leisure Centre.
