Join us for a gentle social spin at the Thrive Ballater Festival. Cycling is about more than just big hills and jumps, though those are great fun for those who like them! This ride is aimed at those new to cycling, just returning to cycling, or who may enjoy a more gentle paced ride with other women. How we tackle the route, how far we go and how fast will depend on the group on the day. There are no hard and fast rules, we are just going for a bit of a ride together here. No one gets left behind.

The route will take us out to Cambus o'May along the Deeside way, a well maintained traffic free route. We will follow it on from there to Dinnet, where we have the option of returning the way we came, or taking the road back round to Ballater creating a loop.

Please bring a bike in good working order, a helmet and any drinks or snacks you will require.
