The route takes us from the Stone Circle (Levenshenge) in Cringle Park along a shared path then a section of quiet road to the River Mersey. We then follow the river into Stockport and short section of road then takes us to where the Rivers Goyt and Tame meet, this is the start of the Mersey. As we continue we head through Reddish Vale to the Fallowfield Loop and then back to our start point.
