Riding along the Tow path following the River lea to Lime house Cut where we pick up CS3 all the way to trinity Buoy Wharf. Slight variation on return route

A Ride to Trinity Buoy Wharf with many interesting things to see. Some modern Art installations The Faraday Museum (Free) and great views across the Thames. Choice of two cafes.

Mainly Tow path CS3 & a few quiet streets.

Stops are possible at Olympic Park & 3 Mills for WC.

Helmets should be worn. Please bring spare inner tube, water snacks & cash for Cafe. An oyster in case of emergencies.

This is almost all on the flat a few slopes over bridges
