Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

The Strand Gillingham

Starting at the Strand Leisure Park car park, turning left going onto the footpath/ cycle path, crossing over the road at the lights . Turning right onto court lodge, then left onto grange road, then left onto the crossing .over at the other side again onto Cycle path. Ride on the main road for about 50 yards , turning left into Copperhouse Lane riding along the cycle path alongside the river until we get to the Riverside Cafe for a break, Tea / Coffe and food is served there. After a break of 20 mins we carry on along side the river on the designated path until we get to Motney Hill Road, turn left up the hill, (some may want to walk this Part) then going back the same way we came. And going back to the strand.
