Starting from - Please meet by 9.45am at the layby by the junction to Stowe on the A4113 which is roughly one mile out of Knighton, known as Milebrook. We will have our usual checks, any introductions and start our ride for 10am. Our meeting point is between the junction and Milebrook House. LD7 1LR

Our ride has been amended and it will be along lanes with a few shorter secitons of A and B roads taking us to Hopton Heath for our coffee stop.
Please dress to suit the weather and for your own comfort on your bike so that you can enjoy a couple of hours outdoors cycling and chatting!
Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, front and rear lights are good this time of year If you have them, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
