Leaving the car park at Linton road we head north before turning east under the a1.
We pass the historic Marston moor memorial before the cafe. Returning via a different route to the south and eventually joining the cycling tracks back to wetherby.

A mainly flat route to the east of wetherby sticking to country lanes as much as possible.

Quiet country lanes mostly single carriageway.

Rufforth school house cafe as long as there's no function on otherwise there is a garden centre cafe nearby.

Helmets are mandatory on random wheelers rides .please bring money for cafe and clothing for the conditions of the day.
