The Ron Hill Round Hyndburn explorer.!

A great local route for Hyndburn and Accrington taking in Baxenden and its historic lines. The route starts at St James Church from where you will ride past the famous Acccrington Town hall with its newly upgraded entrance area Hall and the market hall, we then continue down Blackburn Road passing what once was Henry Gregsons Cycles, off past the old iron works before picking up the cycle track.


You will then pass the waterside area with a thriving bird population including a recently spotted kingfisher before heading off up to Howarth Art Gallery with the biggest collection of Tiffany Glass in Europe is an ideal stopping place for a brew.

From here you will pass the Golf and Cricket Club before dropping down on to the main road for a short spin passing the mighty Hollands Pie Factory...

Then it is back to the lines for the home straight all downhill.
