The Rollercoaster

This is a challenging ride of 40 miles with over 2300 feet of climbing. The route leaves Market Rasen and follows quiet roads through Lincolnshire Wolds. It is difficult to predict how long the ride will take as this will depend on the groups ability, but it will take as long as it takes. The maximum speed will be no more than 15 mph, but I think 12 -13 is more realistic. There will be a cafe stop at Ludford, but this is 28 miles into the ride so you might want to bring some gels or energy bars to keep you going. Please remember to bring a spare inner tube and a working pump and some cash for the cafe.
