Go to THE RIDE 2019 for VELINDRE CANCER CENTRE on "FACEBOOK" for all details. Setting off at 0600hrs, we will leave Ty Gwyn Special school and ride the a48 as far as Neath. We will then follow the canal along Glyneath and then ride through Penderyn, riding across the mountain road as far as th a470. We then nip up to Pont ar Daf carpark, before returning to the a470 as far as Merthyr leisure centre. We will then follow route 8 all the way back to Cardiff, finishing at Ty Gwyn school at approximately 1600hrs

There will be many stops along the way with refreshments
All riders must have a serviced bike in good working order. helmet, bell, lights, spare innertubes, fully charged phone and suitable clothing
