Starting from - Dalkeith High School / Community Campus (first left at the traffic lights heading East after Aldi's) and just at the start of the large car park area within the school grounds (near the Sustans sign). Postcode EH22 2PS.
Car parking if you need to bring a car, is usually ok within the school grounds. Or nearby in local housing estate. As it's a week day the car park may be busy but you can also park at Sainsbury's and cycle along to the meeting point. There's toilets in the campus if needed. EH22 2PS

An undulating 29 mile route with about 700' of elevation, starting from Dalkeith High School Whitecraigs, onto Inveresk, shared path to Wallyford then on the road to just before Longniddry and taking the back road to just past Cottyburn, north to Spittal and then to the coffee stop. Then onto Longniddry, back on the quieter side road and through the golf / caravan park at Port Seton to pick up the coast route to Musselburgh and back via the Esk River to the start point via the shared path again.
