Starting from - Upton Court Park (FREE CARPARK) next to changing rooms aka usual starting location.
Cycle helmets are required, working front and rear cycle lights,
Cycle pump and spares, including puncture repair kits and spare tubes are advisable, drinking fluid for whilst out on bike,Cash/cards will be required to purchase refreshments.
Please ensure that your bike is in a road worthy condition prior to start of the ride .

Return leg: via Lake End Road, turning left onto A4 to Marsh Lane, before using Jubilee River back to start location.
We will ride at pace of slowest rider (Guided by me).
