The Parks Loop

Starting opposite Monkseaton High School we will travel past the Rising Sun Country Park and take a tour of Exhibition Park before returning to the Coast.
Distance 23 miles, Cycling time 2.5 hours expect to be out 3 hours ish.
Spring riding - bring enough clothing and also front and rear lights NOTE: Distance will be subject to weather - may decrease by a couple of miles,
