Mainly small country lanes with a few bits on minor b roads

Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink 2 bottles as it’s a long ride, and snacks on the ride and money for stops . Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure
