About the route
The heron trail or better know as cycle route 18 taking a break halfway round for water and to admire the views.
The Deputy Mayor of Medway and Mayoress will start the ride at 10.00 am please go to www.abettermedway.org.uk/active for all details on ride and to register. This year why not ride it for this years charity HEARTUK. Over 13 years can attend with adult.
