About the route
This is approximately an 8 mile ride starting from the Laughing Dog Cafe. We will meet there at 9:30 am for a briefing and bike check. After which we will head on along the under cliff towards beautiful Saltdean. On the day we can collectively decide if we want a cafe stop half way or when we are back at the Laugthing Dog Cafe. The pace will be leisurely at aproxamately 9- 10 miles an hour.
