So we head out via Friar Park Road to the Tame Valley Canal where we join the towpath for about 15 minutes until we exit via a bridal way then on to a quite cul-de-sac and cycle path in to Sandwell Valley.

A leisurely cycle to Sandwell Valley and Dartmouth Park

Quiet roads, canal tow paths, bridal ways and cycle lanes

We plan to stop at Sandwell Valley visitor centre for coffee

Bring your bike although we can loan bikes on the day if booked in advance. Helmets are a personal choice.
