The cycle hub, newcastle quayside. Plenty of free parking spaces for those wishing to drive to the start.
The sun is shining, the weather is fine, it is finally time to head to the coast looking for an ice cream! We'll start at the cycle hub on the newcastle quayside and head due east to tynemouth on the No.72, after a short break and an ice cream for those that want one we'll head straight back to the hub for a cuppa. There will be a trip back to gosforth/heaton, through heaton park and the dene after if anybody is heading back that way.
