The cycle hub at the ouseburn estury into the tyne. plenty of free parking and the opportunity of a cuppa and cake after.
After the rather damp trip out last weekend we'll be heading for what should be almost dry all the way there and back. We'll be starting from the cycle hub on newcastle quayside heading due west along the tyne to wylam all on the No.72, we'll then be turning right around and heading back along the 72 (or the keelmans way on the south side of the tyne) to get back to the hub for a well deserved cuppa. For anybody heading from the gosforth area, i'll be heading from almost outside steel cycles to get down to the hub for 9.30am so leaving gosforth at around 9am.
