Our circular route of around 18 miles starts from the centre of Croydon and quickly takes us out into the interesting countryside surrounding the town. We will take on a few hills on our way, always on tarmac roads, so road bikes are best for this experience. If you're not familiar with the opportunities to ride around Croydon this is a great ride out. With a stop at the White Bear for a refreshing drink, what more could you want? We return right into the heart of Croydon. If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour.
