The Great "Xmas Shopping" Escape

Swamped by xmas shoppping or getting organised for the holidays, then ladies take an hour off for yourself. Get on your bike & join us for an energetic spin around the lakes. And if you want to get back to the shopping afterwards, you'll be well placed to in the centre to do so. Xmas themed, so tinsel up your bike if you fancy it! And join us for a well deserved cuppa & a mince pie at the instore Costa afterwards. Guaranteed to set you up for the day!   A circular scenic route taking in several of the nearby lakes. Starts at the Trek Bicycle Store car park, heading out to the Tear Drop Lakes, looping around Furzton Lake, finishing with a circuit of Loughton Lodge Lake. Staying on the redways, sometimes narrow but fairly flat, gravel or paved under tire. Occasional roads to cross & a few wooden bridges. All bikes are suitable as long as you are comfortable riding them on the redways. All levels & children welcome.
