Join us for a steady road ride to The Great British Diner at LS23 7FE (formally Tim's) at Thorp Arch Estate, it's a greasy spoon but has a fantastic range of Delicious food.

Heading down Alwoodley lane to Shadwell, pick up other riders on Blind lane, onto Thorner, Wothersome, Bramham, Clifford, Boston Spa, Thorp Arch then into the trading estate on the Wetherby cycle path (this section is a bit lumpy with tree roots) for our lunch/coffee stop.

Our return route takes us out of the trading estate on the cycle path over Newton Kyme viaduct, making our way through Boston Spa,Clifford on a different loop, then Bramham, staying on Thorner lane back to Thorner then Shadwell and back to Alwoodley
