We head out on one of our regular routes from Rainford , through Simonswood , over to Knowsley , then Croxteth , after that we head out to the loopline , and over to Aintree before heading back up to Kirkby and Simonswood and back to Rainford. There is a few climbs on the second half of the ride , not too steep but steady !

A brand new ride to us , heading over to Croxteth Park and Brookside Close . This is a social ride to be ridden at a pleasant pace so we can socialise and enjoy the views .

We use a selection of roads and paths , some dirt tracks passable on road bikes with care ( a very short section , can dismount if needed , its only a few yards !)

Croxteth Park and Brookside Close

a pump , 2 tubes , a lock , warm clothing to suit the weather forecast , your bike which should have been checked over the day before .

We never leave anyone behind
