For electric bikes and possibly anybody wanting to see them in function, a electric bike ride starting from the cycle hub on the newcastle quayside, we travel to tynemouth on national cycle route 72, enjoy a cuppa (or whatever you want to do during a short break) before returning on the same route back showing the benefit of e bikes when it comes to the hills that are on the return. Bring any food and liquid you ma need, any specific tools you might need for your bike, puncture repair kit / inner tubes. I am a first aider, an e bike rider and hsbc ride leader so you will be in good company, please ensure you and your bike are fit for the purpose of this 22 mile ride.
